Best Western Hotel Atrium Valence

We needed a wheelchair-accessible room, and they reserved it for us. It worked fine, although the automatic opening of the door did not work (and it is indeed very difficult to open a heavy door from a wheelchair), and the bathroom floor ended up all wet because of an inadequate slope of the floor towards the room. Parking was fine, but the parking lot could have a direct entrance to the hotel. The service was very nice.

The staff are amazing and kind. We arrived tired from a long journey due to a train delay and they ensured check in was simple and smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, a walking distance from everything. Our room has a balcony overlooking a lovely sight. We were granted a late check-out and the staff helped us call a taxi. We loved Valence, both the city and the people!

Room in general, specious, comfy bed, no noise! Easy access from the highway.

The hotel is modern and the room I stayed was comfortable. It is not exactly in the city centre, but at 5 minutes walking distance from it, so overall the location is good. It has a private garage which is very convenient if you are coming by car.

Finally a well-defined room with excellent finishes, and really clean and comfortable (room 306) with no noise from the road at all (it looks into the car park). The city is relatively unappealing, and the hotel is a welcome safe haven with good secure parking.
